Chipotle Verde Salad

8 cups loosely packed salad greens

1/4 cup frozen corn

1/4 cup garbanzo beans

1-cup pineapple sections
-
2 green onions, white and light green part only, sliced on the diagonal

1 medium tomato, diced
-
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
-
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced (optional)

4 oz. Black Swan Chipotle Dressing
-
1 avocado, sliced
-
6-8 black olives
Wash and spin-dry the salad greens. Defrost the corn. If using canned beans, drain and rinse them. In a salad bowl combine the salad greens, corn, garbanzo beans, pineapple, onions, tomato, cilantro and jalapeno. Toss lightly with Black Swan Chipotle Dressing. Garnish with avocado and black olives.
